FAMILY HOME REFRESH WITH BOLD COLORS AND NEW FURNISHINGS

This colonial home was in need of a fresh perspective. The homeowner's love of big saturated colors informed all decisions—from artwork to pillows.

When only custom will do. DC artist Susan Yennerell’s “Playful” took full advantage of the fuchsia, teal and orange tones to create a one of a kind painting for the family room.

By using neutrals as a backdrop, we were able to really lean into the homeowner’s love of bold colors.

This office was not very inspiring, so we followed the homeowner’s lead and painted the oak bookcase a vibrant teal and added a fun Missoni rug. Textured wallpaper and “Creative Process” from DC artist Susan Yennerell finish off this beautiful office.
